I am an optician. Which gloryfy unbreakable models can I order in the B2B Online Shop?
After logging in to gloryfyoptics.com, you can choose whether to order glasses with or without individual prescription.
Order "WITH PRESCRIPTION":
Models from the OPTICS (optical glasses), SPORT, or LIFESTYLE (optical sunglasses) collections are available in individual prescription (single vision or progressive).
You can either place a complete order (unbreakable frame + unbreakable lenses) or order only unbreakable lenses (with fitting service).
Order "WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION":
You can order products from the SUN, SPORT (sunglasses), OPTICS (frames without prescription), or LENSES (replacement lenses for the SPORT collection) collections.
Can I, as an optician, place a mixed order of models with and without prescription?
No, mixed orders are unfortunately not possible.
For orders with prescription, only one pair of glasses or lenses can be ordered per order.
For orders without prescription, multiple models can be ordered at the same time.
How can I log in to the gloryfy B2B Online Shop?
On the homepage www.gloryfyoptics.com, log in with your personal data:

Which gloryfy unbreakable models can I order as a sports retailer in the B2B online shop?
After logging in at gloryfyoptics.com, you can order the following products:
SUN (Sunglasses)
SPORT (Sunglasses for athletes)
LENSES (Replacement lenses for SPORT models)
Models with individual prescriptions can only be ordered by opticians.
Can I place a mixed order as a sports retailer?
Yes! You can order multiple models at the same time, as long as they do not have a prescription.
What does the "complete price" mean in the OPTICS collection?
The total price includes the unbreakable frame as well as the corresponding unbreakable blanks (unpolished with premium coating).
If you wish to order a frame initially without lenses in individual prescription (e.g., for fittings or as a display model), you can do so in the "WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION" section. The price already includes a pair of unbreakable lenses (blanks).
Later, you can easily reorder the appropriate lenses for a customer in the "WITH PRESCRIPTION" section on gloryfyoptics.com.

Which models can I order with the "WITH PRESCRIPTION" option?
You can order models from the following collections in individual prescription strengths (single vision or progressive):
OPTICS (optical glasses)
LIFESTYLE (optical sunglasses)
SPORT (optical sports glasses)
You can choose between a complete order (frame + lenses) or just a pair of unbreakable lenses with grinding service.
What types of orders are available?
1. Complete order – unbreakable frame with customized unbreakable lenses.
2. Paid reorder of replacement lenses.
What types are available in "glasses type"?
Depending on the order, you can choose between the following options:
Single Vision Blank (with distance edging)
Progressive Lens (with distance edging)
READER Progressive Lens (with distance edging)
The respective (additional) prices are displayed to you in real-time.
What types of glass are available?
OPTICS Collection:
NBFX Clear Lens (clear lenses)
NBFX Clear to Dark anthracite (photochromic, gray)
NBFX Clear to Dark brown (photochromic, brown)
LIFESTYLE and SPORT Collection:
Selection of various sunglass lenses.
The respective additional charges are displayed to you in real-time.
What types of coatings can I choose?
OPTICS Collection:
Premium Coating (Super Hard Coating + Anti-Reflective Coating)
First Class Coating (Super Hard Coating + Anti-Reflective Coating + Lotus Effect)
LIFESTYLE and SPORT Collections:
Various coatings and mirror finishes (displayed during the ordering process).
All additional charges are calculated directly at the time of order.
What values can I enter, or is there a standard range?
Standard range:
Strength: -4.0 to +3.0
Cylinder: up to +2.0 (Plus-Cylinder notation)
Note:
The notation (Plus or Minus Cylinder) does not matter – the alternative notation is displayed automatically.
The pupillary distance (PD) does not have a standard range.
If your values are outside the standard range, you will receive a notification that our customer service will contact you with questions about production. Please complete the order as usual.
What happens if my values are outside the normal range?
If your values are outside the normal range, you will receive an info message. Our customer service will then check if a custom production is possible or if a different material (e.g., 1.67) needs to be used.

What does the Compatibility Guarantee mean for optical gloryfy models?
If a customer experiences issues with the compatibility of progressive glasses (OPTICS, LIFESTYLE, or SPORT) within one month, the lenses can be exchanged and remade free of charge.
Note:
- Credits for lenses are not possible.
- The warranty is only valid for progressive glasses – not for single vision glasses.

You can order products from the following collections:

As an optician, you can order models from the following collections without prescription:

SPORT (Sport sunglasses)
OPTICS (Frames without prescription)
LENSES (Replacement lenses for the SPORT collection)
Can I order an OPTICS frame without prescription lenses?
Yes, if you want to order a frame without prescription lenses, for example, for fittings or as a display piece.
Note:
The complete price already includes a pair of unbreakable lenses (blanks with premium coating).
If you want to order prescription lenses later, you can do so in the "WITH PRESCRIPTION" section on gloryfyoptics.com.
How can I reorder unbreakable prescription lenses later?
1. Log in to gloryfyoptics.com.
2. Select the "ORDER WITH PRESCRIPTION" menu option.
3. Select "Lenses Only" and enter the desired values.
