  1. Take a photo of the defective part (1) and of the glasses as a whole (2).
  2. Send this, stating your customer number, the article name or number (inside of the temple right - if legible) and with a copy of the invoice if available, by email to service@gloryfy.com or via Whatsapp to +43/664/99396302
  3. Our service staff will inform you promptly whether a return is necessary or whether we can send out a replacement part.
