Your tasks
Supporting management in day-to-day business and strategic tasks.
Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel
Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes
Independent management and follow-up of projects
Communication with internal and external contacts
Creating presentations and reports
Managing and maintaining confidential documents and files
Your profile
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of discretion and reliability
Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Independent and structured way of working
Fluent in German and English for negotiations
